This popular dispenser/cutter are designed for practical, efficient holding, dispensing, cutting and storing of roll paper. This paper rack holds up to 20 - 48" wide 200 ft paper rolls on 1" cores. Roll changes can be made quickly by pulling the blade to an open position and locking it into place.
