This heavy duty Roll dispenser and cutter is built to last. It is constructed of steel and finished in a gray baked powder coating. With the locking casters, it's a breeze to transport the unit around. The dispenser has a Serrated Blade used for cutting film, foil, or kraft paper. The blade is mounted on arms which lock into open position for safe, easy loading.
