Inspection Tags-2 Part

We offer several different types of 2 part inspection tags: Accepted, Rejected, and Repairable or Rework Tags. The tags are color coded which aids in quality control. The 2 part inspection tags offer 2 copies of item information. Simply fill in the information on the top piece of paper (white carbon bond) and information is transferred onto the color base card stock. There is a perforation at the top of the paper layer so the copy can be easily detached. The tags can be secured to objects with string or wire. The eyelet of the tag is reinforced, ensuring that the tag will stay attached without tearing. Tags are in sequential order from (000-499)

* Size #5 - 4 3/4 x 2 3/8".
* Pre-numbered from 000 - 499.
* Tags feature a 3/16", reinforced, tear resistant eyelet.
* Tags may be attached with string or wire.
* Pre-cut, 12", unpolished cotton tag string available stock number YG2501.
* Pre-cut, 12", 26 gauge tag wire available stock number YG2500.
