Tired of having to juggle with multiple tools when strapping pallet loads? This Heavy Duty 2 in 1 tool will Tension and Cut Steel Strapping. Make securing your loads a less time consuming process. The windlass tensioner is made for use in heavy duty applications on flat load surfaces. Strapping must be pre-cut to desired length. The short end of the strapping is placed under the gripper, while the other end of the strapping is threaded through the cutter and slotted shaft on the windlass spool. When the lever is ratcheted, the slotted windlass shaft rotates thus pulling tension on the load. After the strapping is secured with a seal, simply pull back on the tensioner handle and the cutter will cut the excess steel strapping away from the sealed strapping.
