This popular gift packaging dispenser/cutter is designed for practical, efficient holding, dispensing, storing, and cutting of roll paper. Roll changes can be made quickly by pulling the blade to an open position and locking it into place.
This revolving wrapping paper dispenser unit fits 4 rolls of 12″ to 24″ wide paper. The unit holds rolls up to 7 ½” in diameter, on 3” core.
